They drive new technologies!

Special interest groups are mainly created to promote and to learn the new technologies in a better and interactive way. This helps the members to have peer learning on different cutting-edge technologies.


Blockchain Special Interest Group

The old question ‘Is it in the database?’ will be replaced by ‘Is it on the blockchain?’― William Mougayar

The main benefit of this technology is that it does not allow any reduplication of digital data that is shared across associate devices. The key usage of This Technology is in the transaction of cryptocurrency so-called Bitcoin. Further, Blockchain Technologies can be also used in areas: such as Trade, Businesses, Banks etc. This study will first discuss the fundamental concept, and its advantages and disadvantages. The chance of a Data Breach is significantly low in Blockchain Technology. This is the biggest chance set we can think of over the next decade or so.

Owing to its complexity, both in terms of politics and technology, cybersecurity is also one of the major challenges in the contemporary world.

The main objective behind WIC is to make women stronger in the computing field, to train them in the technical field, to train them to face the competitive corporate world, and make them strong enough to tackle work and life challenges by conducting technical skills enhancement through workshops, training sessions, webinars, Soft Skill Enhancement through mock interviews. career guidance through skill groups, talks, etc. WIC is dedicated to promoting the advancement of women in the computing professions.
